What MRR and PLR Mean for Digital Products

MRR (Master Resell Rights) – You can resell the product to others and also pass on the same resale rights to your customers. You cannot claim authorship unless stated, and you must follow the product’s license terms.

PLR (Private Label Rights) – You get full editing rights: you can modify, rebrand, and present the product as your own. In most cases, you can also resell it with resale rights, but always check the specific terms provided.

Terms of Use

The license holder is granted Master Resell Rights (MRR) and/or Private Label Rights (PLR) for the above-mentioned digital product in accordance with this certificate. The product may be sold, distributed, or given away under the terms of MRR or PLR. In the case of PLR, the license holder may also edit, rebrand, and present the product as their own. The product can be bundled with other products, sold on websites, or used in marketing campaigns, provided that it complies with the license type.

The license holder may not claim copyright or intellectual property ownership of the original product unless explicitly granted. The certificate itself cannot be resold or distributed as part of the product. Illegal, unethical, or misleading use of the product is strictly prohibited.

The licensor is not responsible for the success, accuracy, or results obtained from using the product. The license holder assumes full responsibility for compliance with applicable laws and regulations when distributing or selling the product.

If these terms are violated, the rights granted under this license may be revoked immediately.
